摘要
在间歇高压釜实验装置上,采用均匀设计法优化了木材亚/超临界乙醇-水萃取过程参数。研究结果表明,当混合溶剂中水的质量分数为60% ,温度为290℃和溶木比为15∶1(此时系统压力为7.8 MPa)时,能获得最高的木材转化率和萃取物产率,大约90% 的木材变成了可溶组分,这为木材液化开辟了新的技术途径。
In a batch autoclave experimental apparatus, the process parameters of sub and supercritical extraction of wood with ethanol water were optimized using uniform design technique. The results indicated that the highest wood conversion and extract yield could be obtained when the mass fraction of water in mixed solvent was 60%, temperature 290℃ and the ratio of solvent to wood 15∶1 (the system pressure at this time was 7 8 MPa), about 90% wood was converted into soluble components. This technique opened a novel way to wood liquefaction.
