能量平衡理论在电弧炉节电上的应用

摘要 某铸钢车间30 t、50 t电弧炉2008年9月投产以来,平均电耗600 kW.h/t左右。通过能量平衡理论对电弧炉能量的输入及支出进行系统分析,并采取对应措施,最大程度的利用有效能源,减少不必要的损失。最终两台电炉生产技术指标大幅提高,平均电耗降至520 kW.h/t左右,冶炼周期、电耗达到国内铸造行业先进水平。 Since the commissioning of 30 ton and 50 ton electric arc furnaces in casting steel workshop in septemper 2008,average electric energy consumption were at 600kWh/t.By using theory of energy equilibrium,analysis on input and consumption of electric arc furnace energy were carried out,corresponding measures were used,so as to maximize the energy utilization and reduced the power loss.At last the production indexes of the two electric arc furnaces have been significant improved,average electric energy consumption has been reduced to 520 kWh/t,melting cycle and electric energy consumption have reached the domestic advanced level in casting industry.
