对3#热镀锌机组进行全面系统的分析和研究,开发适合立式退火炉的"退火工艺数学模型控制系统",从而为退火炉的生产提供稳定的工况,减少人为因素对生产的影响,提高退火炉对各种产品的适应能力。

Thermal galvanizing machine set No.3 was analysed and researched in systimatic and overall way,the annealing technology mathematical model control system suiting the vertical annealing furnace was developed,thereby stabily working conditions was provided in order to normal production of annealing furnace,the effect of man-made factor on production was reduced,adopting abilities of the annealing furnace with regard to every variety of products were improved.
