摘要
3号350 m3高炉热风炉由于ZSD燃烧器的缺陷,导致热风温度受限,通过实践及对几种典型燃烧器进行技术比较论证,最后对3号350 m3高炉热风炉燃烧器进行高效顶燃式燃烧器改造,达到了提高风温的实用目的。
Owing to defects of ZSD type combustor of the 350 m thermal wind furnace No.3,thus lead to the limitation is its temperature,through practice and technical comparison with several typical combustors.Finally,the combustor of 350 m thermal wind furnace No.3 was reformed into efficient top combustion type combustor,thus practical purpose of raising wind temperatare was attained.
