摘要
目的:观察麻杏石甘汤对放射性肺炎症状的干预作用。方法:将50只SD大鼠中10只分为阴性对照组,40只复制放射性肺炎模型,依据不同的给药方式将40只模型大鼠分为模型组、麻杏石甘汤高剂量组、麻杏石甘汤中剂量组、麻杏石甘汤低剂量组,连续给药8周。分别于第2周、第4周、第8周随机各处死3、3、4只大鼠,取标本备用。观察大鼠的整体状况及肺组织病理改变。结果:将50只SD大鼠中10只分为阴性对照组,40只复制放射性肺炎模型,依据不同的给药方式将40只模型大鼠分为模型组、麻杏石甘汤高剂量组、麻杏石甘汤中剂量组、麻杏石甘汤低剂量组,连续给药8周。分别于第2周、第4周、第8周随机各处死3、3、4只大鼠,取标本备用。观察大鼠的整体状况及肺组织病理改变。结论:麻杏石甘汤对放射性肺炎急性期有干预作用,可改善放射性肺损伤。
Objective: To determine the intervention of Maxing Shigan Decoction on the symptoms of radiation pneumonitis. Methods: Ten of 50 SD rats were negative control group, and 40 replicated model rats with radiation pneumonitis were divided into model group, Maxing Shigan Decoction groups (high-dose group, middle-dose group, low-dose group) according to different methods of administration, and given 8 weeks of continuous administration. Respectively in the 2rid week, 4th week and 8th week, 3, 3 and d rats of Maxing Shigan Decoction groups were sacrificed randomly, samples were taken as substitutes. The overall condition and the pathological changes of lung tissues were examined. Results : (j) After irradiation, the overall state and lung tissues changed; (~)Maxing Shigan Decoction can significantly improve the overall state and the pathological changes of rats with radiation pneumonitis in the acute phase. Conclusion: Maxing Shigan Decoction has intervention on acute radiation pneumonitis in the acute phase, it can improve the radiation-induced lung injury.
