摘要
针对某电厂大型循环水泵流道短、落差大、流道转弯多导致吸水前池进流条件恶劣的问题,对原设计流道的水流流态、水泵吸水管内流速分布和水流旋转强度等进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,吸水前池下部主流区存在较强旋度的环流涡、吸水管内存在较强的螺旋流是影响水泵进流的主要原因。采取在吸水室布置胸墙的方式进行整流,给出了优选的胸墙底部高程,实施此措施后提高了泵的可靠性。
The experimental study is carried out for the flow channel of a large-scale circulation pump, the flow pattern, water velocity and flow rotating strength is focused on. It is found that there exists a strong vortex in the lower part of the absorbing well and a spiral flow in the suction pipe, which could be the primary cause to affect the inlet of pump. The safety and reliability measures for the pump is thereafter suggested, the breast wall is used in the water-absorbing room, the elevation of the breast wall is optimized and given.
