摘要
我国是一个劳动力密集型的国家,农民外出务工现象非常普遍,新生代农民工已经成为农民进城务工的主力军。应着手解决新生代农民工的心理问题,提高新生代农民工抵御风险的能力,促进社会主义和谐社会的构建。
China is a labor-intensive country,and the phenomenon of peasant working out of home is universal.New-age peasant workers have become the main force of peasant workers.We should make effort to solve the mental problems of new-age peasant workers,improve their ability of resisting risks,and promote the construction of socialist harmonious society.
