安徽省区域间人均财政收入差异研究

Study on the Differences of Inter-regional Finance Revenue per Capita in Anhui Province

文章利用泰尔指数,对2005-2010年间安徽省区域间人均财政收入差异进行了测度,并与同期人均GDP差异进行了对比;同时,运用截面数据模型考察了三次产业对人均财政收入的影响。进一步,通过对与二、三产业高度相关的主要财政收入来源的地区差异的剖析,得出组间差异对总体差异的贡献率最大,促进地区协调发展的关键在于改善组间差距。据此,我们提出了相关政策建议。

The paper measured the differences of 2005-2010 inter-regional per capita finance revenue in Anhui province with Theil Index, and compared the differences of per capita GDP in the same period. Meanwhile, the cross-section data model was used to analyze the impact of Three Industry Structures on per capita finance revenue. Furthermore, the paper analyzed the regional differences of finance revenue sources relatively from the Secondary Industry and the Third Industry, which concluded that the inter-group disparity had the largest contribution rate on the disparity of inter-regional per capita finance revenue in Anhui Province. The point of promoting regional harmonious development was improving inter-group disparity. Accordingly, relevant policy suggestions were proposed.
