安徽皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区建设融资平台创新思路研究

Research on Creative Ideas of Government Financing Platform for Undertaking Industrial Transfer in Wan-jiang Urban Belt

皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区面临着重大的基础设施建设任务,需要大量资金。而目前地方融资平台又因为国家严格审查和清理陷入融资困境。文章运用相关经济理论,结合我国目前融资平台运作的有关政策法规,从资金来源、筹资渠道、制度建设和关系协调四个方面创新融资平台模式,为示范区建设和我国同类型经济区域建设提供建议。

The construction of Wan-jiang Urban Belt Undertaking Industrial Transfer Demonstration Area confronts a big task which is construction of infrastructural facilities, and this demands a large amounts of funds. Now government financing plat- forms have some difficulties because of stricter examination and clean-up policies. Based on related economic theory, consid- ering statutes and policies on the government financing platforms in China, this article puts forward some creative ideas on the running model of government financing platforms in the respect of capital source, financing way, system building and relation coordinating, and promotes some suggestions for the development of Wan-jiang Urban Belt Undertaking Industrial Transfer Demonstration Area and other similar economic zones.
