代建项目管理企业的声誉测量指标构建的实证研究 被引量:8

摘要 首先,通过文献综述构建了代建项目管理企业声誉测量的概念模型,保留了声誉商数的五个基本测量因子,结合代建项目管理企业服务的特点增加了3个专用因子,最终确定了8个测量因子。其次,通过专家打分、访谈的方式构建这8个测量因子的外显指标。最后,以国内代建项目管理企业声誉调查问卷的数据为基础,对声誉测量指标进行验证性因子分析、二阶因子分析,证实测量指标的科学性和可操作性。研究结果显示在现阶段代建项目管理企业声誉测量因子中财务业绩、愿景领导、工作环境是最重要的声誉驱动因子。 Firstly, on the basis of reserving 5 measurement factors of Reputation Quotient (RQ) and increasing 3 special factors by integrating the features of services of the construction agency through literature review, the paper identified 8 measurement factors. Secondly, the explicit indicators were established for the 8 measuring factors by method of expert scoring and interview. Finally, based on the data in questionnaire of the reputation of the domestic companies, indicators for measuring the reputation were processed by confirmatory factor analysis and second order factor analysis to confirm that measure was seientific and practical. The results showed that, at this stage, financial performance, vision leadership and working environment of construction agency were the most important reputation driving factors.
