摘要 冷弯薄壁型轻钢结构已应用于众多建筑工程实践,可适用于低层建筑、局部扩建工程和需要快速搭建的建筑等方面,这种结构还可以尝试在新农村住宅的建造。工业化"制造"轻钢结构,缩短了现场施工工期,减少劳动强度和时间,增加了建造的准确性,提高了建筑的完成度。通过实例解析冷弯薄壁型轻钢结构在建造过程中涉及的各种技术及构造做法,并对冷弯薄壁型轻钢结构进行技术评价,指出这种结构类型优点和不足。 Cold-formed thin-walled lightweight steel structures have been applied in numerous constructional engineering practices,applicable to low-rise buildings,projects need partial expansion,and buildings need rapid construction,such structures can be used for construction of new rural housing as an attempt as well.Lightweight steel structures of industrialized "manufacturing"shorten the site construction period,reduce labor intensity and time,increase the accuracy of construction,and heighten the completeness of buildings.This article analyzes the technologies and construction practices of cold-formed thin-walled lightweight steel structures involved in the construction by examples,gives technical evaluation on cold-formed thin-walled lightweight steel structures,and points out strong and weak points of such structure type.
