老龄化背景下的住区室外环境设计探析

Analysis of Outdoor Environment Design of Residential Communities under the Background of Aging

居家养老是我国老年人主要的养老模式,在人口老龄化趋势日益明显的今天,城镇居住区必须具备与之相适应的室外环境及设施。文章以郑州清华园小区为例,在对住区室外环境现状及老年人使用状况调查的基础上,提出几点建议,探讨居住区适合老年人休闲、活动的室外环境设计要点。

Home-based care for the aged is a major mode of old-age care in China.Under the background of increasingly apparent trend of aging of population,urban residential districts must have appropriate outdoor environment and facilities.Taking Zhengzhou Qinghuayuan housing estate as an example,this article puts forward several suggestions based on current situation of outdoor environment of the residential community and the use by old people,and probes into the design points of outdoor environment of residential district suitable for relaxation and sports of old people.
