摘要 介绍了直缝焊管成型轧辊的结构形式以及用于制作焊管轧辊的GCr15钢的热处理工艺过程。分析了GCr15钢焊管轧辊热处理缺陷原因及预防措施。指出GCr15钢热处理工艺简便,采用合适的淬火液和热处理工艺,淬火后工件尺寸稳定,可以获得高而均匀的硬度、高耐磨性、高强度和高韧性,疲劳寿命长。用GCr15钢制作焊管轧辊,相对于同性能材料,具有较高的性价比。 This article introduced the structure of longitudinal welded pipe forming roller and heat treatment process of GCrl5 steel used for manufacturing welded pipe roller, analyzed cause of defect which appeared in GCrl5 steel roller heat treatment process and some precautions. It pointed out the heat treatment process for GCrl5 steel is simple and easy, adopting applicable quenching liquid and heat treatment process can obtain workpiece size stable, and get high and well-proportioned hardness, high abrasion resistance, high strength and high toughness and long term fatigue life after quenching. The welded pipe rollers made by GCrl5 steel is with high performance to price ratio in comparison with other same performance material.
