金家坝高瓦斯施工支洞开挖与易爆气体防控

摘要 金家坝水电站引水隧洞2号施工支洞为高瓦斯隧洞,为保证施工人员安全,参建方制定了详细的防控措施和应急预案。在施工过程中,监理工程师严格按防控措施和应急预案要求,对施工的各个环节严把安全生产关,并根据施工流程设置重点监控部位,通过采取一系列防控方法、手段、措施,强化预警机制,有效地保证了施工安全,隧洞安全贯通。 The No. 2 adit of the diversion tunnel of Jinjiaba Hydropower Station has high gas content. In order to ensure the safety of construction personnel, the prevention and control measures and emergency plan are prepared. In the construction process, the supervision personnel stick to the demand of prevention and control measures and emergency plan, strictly control every steps to ensure the construction safety. The key positions for monitoring and controlling are set up according to the construc- tion procedure. Through adoption of various methods and measures, as well as strengthening of emergency mechanism, the safe construction and smooth tunneling is effectively guaranteed.
