糯扎渡水电站水头高,电站压力钢管管壁厚、单节管节重、制作与安装要求高,且压力钢管在工地现场卷制。为了保证压力钢管的制造安装质量,在分析钢管质量要求及制造、安装工艺的基础上,监理机构制定了祥细的质量监控方案,对高强度厚板钢焊接、瓦片卷制、钢管现场安装等关键工序进行了全过程监控,保证了钢管制造、安装质量满足设计和规范要求。
