黄登水电站尾水出口边坡锚索孔道灌浆质量控制

摘要 以黄登水电站尾水岀口边坡锚索加固工程为例,较全面阐述了全长粘结型锚索孔道灌浆的质量控制过程,分析了影响锚索孔道灌浆质量的主要因素,确定了现场质量控制点,如对锚索施工前准备工作各个环节的检查,灌浆时遇到问题采取的处理措施,灌浆时段的控制等。经工程参建各方共同努力,锚索孔道灌浆工序合格率达到了100%,优良率达到了82%,在锚索张拉锁定后,平均应力损失为4%。锚索灌浆质量全部满足合同技术条款和设计技术要求。 Taking the anchor - cable reinforcement project at tail water outlet of Huangdeng Hydropower station as an example, the quality control process of cable hole grouting for fully bonded anchor cable is illustrated. In order to analyze the main factors influencing the grouting quality, the field quality control points were determined, including examination on preparation links before anchor- cable construction, treatment measures in grouting, grouting period control, etc. The qualified rate of cable hole grouting for anchor - cable reaches 100% and the excellent rate is 82% , while the average stress loss rate is 4% after anchor - cable was fixed. The grouting quality for anchor - cable meets the contract and design requirements.
