摘要 用海泡石矿物微粉与150SN基础油调配成试验油样S,在销盘摩擦磨损试验机上测试60h的摩擦系数和磨损量变化情况,并与150SN对比。销盘摩擦磨损试验后,采用Taylor形貌仪测试盘表面的形貌,采用SEM(扫描电子显微镜)观察销、盘试样表面形貌,并进行XPS分析,同时对试验后的油样进行铁谱和TEM分析。结果表明,S油样具有较好的减摩抗磨效果,摩擦副表面Fe2O3、Fe3C、FeOOH、单质C共同构建了耐磨性较好的氧化层,其中FeOOH的存在可能起到了关键的作用。销盘摩擦磨损试验后,S油样中的磨屑明显少于150SN油样中的,表明前者的磨损程度轻;海泡石被破碎、剥层,最终解束为纤维棒状,纤维棒搭织成纤维网,对摩擦副间油膜的保持起到积极作用。 S oil sample was prepared with sepiolite powder as additive and 150SN as base oil and tested in pin-disk tester for 60 h to determine the friction coefficient and wearing capability,and compared with 150SN.After pin-disk test the disk and pin were investigated by Taylor test,SEM and XPS,and oil samples were determined by ferrogram machine and TEM.The results showed that S oil had excellent anti-friction and anti-wear characteristics,and an oxide layer with good wear resistance was formed by Fe2O3,Fe3C,FeOOH and C in the surface of friction pairs,wherein FeOOH might be very critical to the formation of the oxide layer.After pin-disk test the debris in S oil sample were less than those in 150SN oil,showing lower wear level when tested with S oil sample,and sepiolite powders were shattered and stripped into rod-like fiber forming a fiber net to actively protect the oil film between friction pairs.
