The International Experience and Reference to the Constructing of Talent Highland at Binhai New Area

在梳理人才高地发展脉络的基础上,结合美、日、韩、印等国在构建世界级人才高地的经验,滨海新区在构建人才高地的过程中应从战略层面、政策层面以及操作层面入手,借助滨海科技城"产业大学"的建设,促进新区经济社会可持续发展。

Benefited from the international experience of building world-class talent pool at the USA, Japan, Korea, India and other countries, the blue print of talent highlands at Binhai New Areas constructing by comb the veins of its development. The paper proposed that we should building the Binhai ＂Industry University＂, which including the establishment of the strategic level, policy level and operational levels, to ensure the economic will have a sustainable development in Binhai New Areas.
