发展战略性新兴产业已成为世界主要国家抢占新一轮经济和科技发展制高点的重大战略。培育和发展战略性新兴产业,至关重要的是发挥科技体制支撑作用,并以此作为突破关键核心技术,提升技术成果转化成效,扩大产业化应用范围的重要手段。本文将从战略新兴产业科技体制现状分析入手,深入探究制约科技体制发展的主要原因,并提出相应的改革主要方向和政策建议。

At present,the development of strategic emerging industry has become most countries＇ strategy. They want to seize the chance to occupy the high ground of economic and technological development. If we want to Cultivate and develop strategic emerging industries better,scientific and technological mechanisms play a necessary supporting role as an important ways,which can be used to break through the key technology,improve the efficiency of technology transformation,and expand the range of industry demonstration. This article analyzes the present situation of the development of strategic new industrial science and technology system,and then deeply analyze the causes,which constrain the system development and improvement,to make appropriate policy recommendations of reforming.
