摘要
国内外关于超市这种零售业态方面的研究,大多集中在超市的零售经营与管理等方面,在借鉴已有的研究成果基础上,以顾客让渡价值的理论为依据,对传统超市经营现状进行分析,重构零售类超市的供应链,创新性的提出一种新型的零售业态——物流型超市,将物流型超市与网上超市进行分析比较,探讨这种新型零售模式的优势与发展前景。
The researches and practices largely focus on retail operation and management about supermarket in china and abroad.This article mostly analyzes the management situation of the traditional supermarket on the basis of existing research results,remodeling the supply chain of retail supermarket based on customer delivered value theory.This paper innovatively proposing the concept of a new retailing format——logistics supermarket,making a comparison between logistics supermarket and online supermarket.Furthermore,development prospect and advantages of the new retailing format are discussed.
