水利建筑水环境是水利建筑空间和水环境的相互结合。以营造自然、生态、乐游的水利建筑水环境为目的,分析了作为景观元素的水环境特性。水利建筑水环境具有功能价值、生态价值、文化价值和社会价值,各类价值互相补充、相互渗透、巧妙融合。在工程实践中应做到人与自然、水利建筑与大自然和谐共存。
