摘要
本文对10CrMo910钢主蒸汽管在高温高压长期运行中的组织和性能变化规律进行了研究,并根据管道运行温度、设计应力和持久强度指标,用累积损伤方法对其理论寿命进行了计算,提出了延长管道使用寿命的意见。
This paper gives a study of changes on structure and character of main steam piping at high pressure and high temperature under a long-term operation. The theoretical life of 10CrMo910 steel 'Thin-Wall Piping' is calculated on the operation temperature, the design piping strength, the adopted permanent strength data and impairment accumulation. If provides the condition to prolong the useful life of piping.
