摘要
目的探讨将循证医学方法引入神经病学教学的意义。方法剖析传统神经病学教学的弊端,分析将循证医学方法引入神经病学教学的优势和必要性;通过举例,简要说明循证医学的方法和步骤。结果将循证医学方法引入神经病学教学,可以整合神经病学、临床流行病学、医学统计学和文献检索等课程,激发学生学习的积极性。结论将循证医学方法引入神经病学教学,有利于加强课程间的横向联系,使学生学习效果最大化。
Objecteve To investigate the significance of evidence-based medicine approach to neurology teaching. Methods The paper explores the main shortcomings of traditional clinical teaching model, analyses the advantages and necessities of the introduction of evidence-based medicine approach to neurology teaching. The methods and procedures of evidence-based medicine are explained with some examples. Results The introduction of evidence-based medicine approach to neurology teaching can integrate the courses of neurology, clinical epidemiology,medical statistics and literature retrieval,and encourage students to study. Conclusions The introduction of evidence-based medicine approach is propitious to the enhancement of the horizontal linkage between courses and maximizes the learning effect.
