摘要
用配合饲料Ⅰ ,Ⅱ和白鲢肉、泥鳅肉、猪肉、田螺肉等 ,在室内饲养黄颡鱼 6 0天。结果表明 ,6种饵料在黄颡鱼消化道中出现率、鱼体重增加率和胃、肠蛋白酶与淀粉酶活性均以配合饲料Ⅰ最高 ,白鲢肉次之 ,表明黄颡鱼具有较强的消化能力。在水温 2 1℃时 ,黄颡鱼耗氧率为 1 4 4mg/h·kg,比养殖前增高了 1 3.8% ,窒息点为 0 .30 9mg/L ,与养殖前的差异不显著。因此 。
Pelteobagrus fulvidraco was fed in a cyclic water tank with six different feeds over a period of 60 days. The results are as follows: 1. The frequency of occurrence of the food in the stomach of the fish was in the order of complete feed Ⅰ>silver carp meat>pond snail meat or pig meat>mud fish meat or complete feed Ⅱ. The weight gain of the fish showed a similar pattern. 2. After feeding, protease and diastase activity of the stomach and intestine rose significantly (P<0.05). 3. Oxygen consumption of the fish was 144 mg/h.kg., 13.8% increase as compared with that prior to the trial, and the suffocation point was 0.309 mg/L (P>0.05). Therefore, it is concluded that pond culture of P.fulvidraco is feasible.
