摘要 本文介绍了近年来基于量子点电化学发光的最新研究进展,叙述了以量子点为基础的电化学发光在免疫检测和其它检测方面的应用现状,最后探讨了量子点电化学发光传感器在生化检测中的应用前景和面临的挑战。 This review introduces the recent research advances in electrochemiluminescence of quantum dots, presents the application situation of immunoassay and other areas.
