浅析垃圾分类指导员建设

分析垃圾分类指导员的建设现状,提出了垃圾分类指导员建设中存在培训制度、管理制度不健全,垃圾分类指导员代替居民源头分类,没有相应的惩罚机制等问题,建议应从垃圾分类的实际出发,建立科学的垃圾分类指导员的培训体系及相应的奖惩机制。

Status of waste classification director was analyzed. Existing problems in development of waste classification director were put forward, such as imperfection of training and managing system, substituting waste classification director for resident classification at source, absence of corresponding system of rewards and penalties, and so on. It is suggested that scientific systems of training, rewards and penalties for waste classification director should be built, proceed from actual conditions of waste classification.
