振动式深松中耕作业机的振源部件设计及有限元分析 被引量:7

摘要 文章介绍了振动式深松中耕作业机的总体结构及工作原理,阐述了关键部件—振源部件设计过程,对振源部件从动轴部装受力分析给出了基于MATLAB的求解图形表达,提出其数学解析表达式,并对其进行了有限元分析。研究表明,振源部件的设计满足结构和强度要求,为机具的设计提供了理论基础。 In this paper, the main structure of the vibration subsoiler cultivator and its working principle were introduced, and also the mechanics analysis of the installation parts-output shaft mounted in the vibrator component of the cultivator was discussed, the analysis solution was presented with graph via Matlab and the mathematical analytical expressions was proposed, upon which the key component was analyzed with a mechod of FEA. After that, it has been proved the design of the component was appropriate with suitable structure and sufficient strength, and the theoretical basis was put forward for the design of the machine.
