新生代农民工平等就业权的实践困境及路径探析

Suggestions on solving the problem of the unequal employment right of the new generation farmer workers

新生代农民工大多是"80后",较老一代农民工有着较高的文化水平,并认同城市的价值观,迫切希望融入城市,但就业权利的不平等仍然是社会的普遍现象。本文在解构新生代农民工这一群体的形成并分析其特征的基础上,从定性的角度分析了新生代农民工不能实现平等就业的种种原因,并提出了相关的政策建议和意见。

Compared to the old generation of farmer workers,the new generation has higher level of education and approves the urban values.They have strong desire to integrate themselves with the urban community,but the inequality of employment right is a common social phenomenon.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the new generation and studies the causes of unequal employment,this paper forwards some strategies for solving the problem.
