9种杨属植物雄花序中黄酮类含量的HPLC法测定 被引量:8

摘要 杨树(杨柳科Salicaceae杨属PopulusL.植物)树皮、雄花序、芽脂、叶等均可药用。1977年版《中国药典》收载加杨(Populus×canadensisMoench)、毛白杨(PopulustomentosaCarr.)及杨属其他植物的雄花序,用于治?.. The determination of flavonoids in the male inflorescence of 9 species of \%Populus \%L. was carried out by HPLC. Shim\|pack ODS 150 mm×6 mm column and CH\-\{3\}OH\|5%HCOOH (water solution) (62.5∶37.5) were used as mobile phase. The average recovery of chrysin was 100.4% and RSD was 2.76%. The method was proved to be simple and sensitive that can be used for the medicinal quality evaluation of \%Populus \%L. It shows that flavonoids are different in varieties and contents among different species, while chrysin is the common constituent of male inflorescence.
