关于进一步推动重庆市继续教育发展的对策建议

Suggestions on further promoting the continuing education of Chongqing

鉴于重庆的特殊市情,推动重庆市继续教育进一步发展,已是当务之急。本文提出了增强人本意识、法制意识和服务意识;健全制度体系和施教体系;创新成本分担、人才培养和学习激励机制;突破资源分散、积分制度、信息不畅、供需矛盾和农民工教育瓶颈;实施创新培优、引智育才、春风化雨、信息高速和畅通立交等行动计划的对策建议。

It is urgent to promote Chongqing’s continuing education in view of Chongqing’s actual conditions.This paper for-wards the concrete suggestions on increasing the human-centered sense and strengthening the legal system;perfecting the regulations and the teaching system;creating the mechanism of cost share,faculty cultivation and learning stimulation;solving the bottleneck problems of resources scattering,information blocking,contradiction between supply and need,farmer workers’ education;cultivat-ing outstanding talents,clearing up traffic congestion,etc..
