The soul and tenet of quality-oriented education lies in human-based promotion of students＂ development in a harmonious way. Implementation of quality-oriented education needs to identify the social developmental requirement and its objective orientation. What＇s more, educators needs to innovate and create understanding and observing the the process of school education and life on the basis of fully principle of students＂ harmonious development.
