乌蛇苦参汤治疗慢性湿疹67例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 67 Cases of Chronic Eczema Treated by Wushe Kushen Decoction

目的:观察乌蛇苦参汤治疗慢性湿疹的效果。方法:67例分为治疗组34例及对照组33例,治疗组给予乌蛇苦参汤、对照组用西药治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组85.3%、对照组75.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌蛇苦参汤具有较好的祛湿消疹、化瘀止痒之功,治疗慢性湿疹有很好疗效。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect and cure mechanism of Garter Snake Sophorae Flavescentis Soup.Methods：To collect 67 diagnosed patients with chronic eczema and divide them into two groups：the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Garter Snake Sophorae Flavescentis Soup;the control group was treated with Western Medicine.Do statistical analysis on both groups.Results：The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was 85.2% and that of control group was 75.7%.The differences have its statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Garter Snake Sophorae Flavescentis Soup is effective on curing eczema and relieving itching.
