This article analyzes the characteristics of the new round of global M＆As among stock exchanges after the financial crisis, which mainly include the internal driving force for scale effect, the external driving force of economic competition among large countries, the actual demand of capital flow, etc. This article goes on to analyze the implications of the current round of global M＆As for the development of China＇s stock exchanges. It is necessary to enhance the understanding of importance in developing the capital market and crisis awareness, and great efforts should be focused on the enhanced cooperation of capital markets within the greater China region.
