化浊解毒法治疗浊毒内蕴型糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效观察

Curative effect of Huazhuo Jiedu therapy on diabetic gastroparesis of toxicum and turbid inter-excess type

目的观察化浊解毒方药治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效及对患者血浆胃动素、胃动力及血糖的影响。方法将116例2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组58例和对照组58例,在降糖药物控制血糖的基础上分别给予化浊解毒方药和莫沙必利片治疗,用放射免疫法检测2组患者血浆胃动素水平,用吞钡条方法检测胃排空时间,并测定治疗前后的血糖水平。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组;治疗后,治疗组的空腹血糖及血浆胃动素水平较对照组下降明显,但是2组胃排空时间无显著性差异。结论化浊解毒方药与莫沙必利能够明显降低空腹血糖和血浆胃动素水平,且前者效果更明显,但是在增强胃动力作用方面两者效果相当。

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Huazhuo Jiedu therapy on 2 type diabetic gastroparesis of toxicum and turbid inter-excess type, and to observe its effect on plasma motilin, gastric motility and blood sugar in the patients. Methods 116 cases of patients with 2 type diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 58）and control group （n = 58） , and they were given Huazhuo Jiedu therapy and Mosapride Citrate respectively on the basis of blood sugar control treatment with hypoglycemic agents. The levels of plasma motilin were detected by radio-immunity assay, and gastric emptying time was examined by barium meal detection, and blood sugar levels were determined before and after treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group ; af-ter treatment, the levels of fasting blood glucose and plasma motilin were decreased more than that in control group, but there was no significant difference in gastric emptying time between the two groups. Conclusion Huazhuo Jiedu therapy and Mosa- pride Citrate both can obviously decrease the levels of fasting blood glucose and plasma motilin, and the former＇ s effect is more significant, but their effects on strengthening gastric motility are similar.
