三种中药挥发油抑菌和抗疲劳作用实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究具有芳香气味的中药挥发油成分的抑菌和抗疲劳作用,为开发具有抗疲劳和抑菌作用的中药汽车芳香剂提供实验依据。方法以空气、室内、车内常见的致病菌金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌为研究菌株,测定丁香、厚朴、苍术三种中药挥发油抑菌圈直径和最低抑菌浓度;采用小鼠负重游泳模型,研究丁香、厚朴、苍术挥发油对小鼠负重游泳后疲劳时间、血尿素氮含量和肝糖原含量的影响。结果丁香、苍术和厚朴3种挥发油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径分别为12.3与11.7 mm、7.6与13.8 mm,8.0与8.2mm;3种挥发油对大肠杆菌最低抑菌浓度分别为1.2,2.3,9.4 g/L,对金黄色葡萄球菌最低抑菌浓度分别为12.5,3.1,6.3 g/L;丁香、苍术、厚朴挥发油均能显著延长小鼠游泳时间,提高肝糖原含量和降低尿素氮含量。结论丁香、苍术和厚朴3种挥发油具有显著的抑菌和抗疲劳作用。 Objective It is to study the fatigue resistance and antibacterial effect of traditional Chinese medicines with smell of sweet fragrance, to provide experimental evidences for developing car flavoring agent with fatigue resistance and anti- bacterial effect. Methods Universal bacterial( Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus) in air was chosen to test the size of in- hibition zone diameter MIC. The model of loaded swimming continuously was taken in mice to test the influences on the mice's swimming time, the reserve of blood urea nitrogen and the reserve of hepatic glycogen from the volatile oils of clove, bark of magnolia and the rhizome of Chinese atractylodes. Results The sizes of inhibition zone diameter (mm) of the volatile oils of Dingxiang, Cangzhu and Houpo were 12.3 mm, 11.7 mm, 7.6 ram, 13.8 mm;8.0 mm, 8.2 ram;the MIC for escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus of the oils were 1.2, 2.3, 9.4 g/L and 12.5, 3.1, 6.3 g/L respectively. The volatile oils of Dingxiang, Cangzhu and Houpo all could obviously increase the mice' s swimming time, decrease the reserve of their blood u- rea nitrogen and improve hepatic glycogen. Conclusion The three kinds of volatile oils all have significant fatigue resistance effects and antibacterial effects.
