应用型本科“双师型”教师队伍建设的实践探索

Practice and Exploration of the Constuction of Dual-Quality Faculty in Application-oriented Universities

探索"双师型"教师队伍建设问题,寻求切实可行的"双师型"教师队伍建设途径,适应培养应用型人才的需要,是目前应用型本科院校师资队伍建设的紧迫任务。从辨析"双师型"教师的内涵与标准出发,剖析"双师型"教师队伍建设中存在的主要问题,并提出加强"双师型"教师队伍建设的有效途径,旨在通过"双师型"教师队伍建设的实践探索,提高教师队伍的素质,为社会培养出高素质、应用型人才。

It is a present emergency for the applicatlon-oriented universities to probe into the construction of dual - quality type of teachers, to find a feasible way of the construction and to meet the needs of cultivation of applied talents. By analyzing the contents and standard of the dual-quallty type of teachers and aiming at improving the quality of teaching staff and cultivating applicative talents for society, this paper dissects the existing problems and explores an effective way to enhance the construction of dual-quality type of teachers.
