From Closing to Opening:Our Direction of Teacher Training Education

从世界范围看,教师教育的培养模式一般有三种形态,即封闭型、开放型和混合型。我国教师教育体制正在经历由封闭走向开放的变革,我国应以定向型教师教育体制为主,同时建立定向型和非定向型相结合的新型教师教育体制,而且未来的发展趋势将是逐步由封闭走向开放。

From a worldwide perspective in general, there are three cultivation modes in teachers training education. They are closing mode, opening mode and commingled mode. The teacher training education system in China is experiencing the change from closing mode to opening mode. Our country should constitute our new teacher training education system combining both directional mode and non-dlrectional mode, mainly based on the directional teachers training education system and complete the change of teacher training education system from closing mode to opening mode step by step.
