摘要
目的:建立活络镇痛片中欧前胡素含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(48∶52),流量1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长254nm。结果:欧前胡素在0.081 2～0.406 0μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率96.82%,RSD1.58%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,专属性强,可用于活络镇痛片中欧前胡素的含量测定。
Objective： An assay method was developed for the determination of imperatorin in Huoluo Zhentong Tablets by HPLC. Method：The analysis was performed on Hypersil C l8 （4. 6 mmx 250 mm ,5 μm） column. Mobilephase： acetonitrile-water（48： 52） ; the rate of flow was 1.0 mL · min-1 , detector wavelength was 254 nm. Results： The linear range was 0. 081 2 -0. 406 0 μg; r = 0. 9997 （ n = 5 ） ; the average recovery was 96. 82%, RSD = 1.58%. Conclusion ：The method is convenient, accurate and specific. It is suitable for the quality control of Huoluo Zhentong Tablets.
