摘要
从专业视角总结深圳市滨海医院危重病医学中心筹建的做法与心得,即,跟进学科发展新动态,设立危重病医学中心;中心建筑布局、医疗流程及净化装修方案的优化完善;医疗设备分期规划配置,兼顾临床与科研需求;数字信息化与智能系统建设;学科发展新理念下危重病医学中心组织架构、运营模式及相关问题解决思路,并对筹建过程中遇到的一些问题做初步探讨。
Practice and experience of preparation and construction of critical care medicine centre in Shenzhen Binhai Hospital is sununarized by professional angle, which involves tracking progress of discipline development, setting up critical care medicine centre, the optimization of central building layout, medical process and decontamination, medical equipment allocated in ditferent time, integrating chnical and research demand, information system construction, organization structure, operation mode and related under new ideas of discipline development, problems met in preparation and building were also discussed.
