摘要 在不另建浓密池的情况下,利用立式砂仓直接进行尾泥浆快速絮凝浓缩。试验中,针对矿山尾泥浆的特性,寻求最适用的絮凝剂和尾泥浆各种浓度下的最佳用量。生产应用中,立式砂仓上部溢流水清澈,底流浓度达到设计要求。工艺技术新颖、投资省,具推广价值。 Tailings slime pulp can be rapidly and directly flocculated and thickened in a vertical sand bin without building a thickening tank.In view of the characteristics of the mine tailings slime pulp,tests for seeking the most suitable flocculant and the optimum dosages under different densities of the tailings lime pulp were made.When the technology was used in production,a clean overflow in the upper part of the vertical sand bin and an underflow with a density having reaching the designed level were obtained.This technology is characterised by novelty and investment saving and has a value of being popularized.
