摘要
介绍了攀枝花细粒钛铁矿浮选回收工艺技术近几年所取得的突破,对在现场应用浮选工艺的必要性进行了论述。并对现场应用采取的分级粒度界限及工艺流程进行了探讨,提出了粗粒重选- 电选、细粒强磁选-浮选的思路。
The paper describes the breakthrough achieved in recent years in the flotation technology for recovering Panzhihua Fine Ilmenite and the necessity of the on site application of the flotation technology.Discussion is made on the cut size limit of classification and the technological flowsheet adopted in the on site application and suggestion is made on the combined flowsheet of gravity separation electrical separation for coarse particles and high intensity magnetic separation flotation for fine particles.
