摘要
本文使用优化理论,以机组启动过程中的总损耗(由燃煤损耗、寿命损耗组成,并折算成金钱流)为目标函数,同时考虑实际因素及各种价格浮动对各种损耗的影响,对国产200MW机组汽轮机在启动过程中的时间、温升率进行了分析和优化,得出了最优温升率与不同启动工况等诸因素之间的变化关系,为提高机组在启动过程中的经济性,以及合理选取蒸汽温度变化率、启动时间提供了参考依据。
From the point of view of thermoeconmics, and considering fuel loss and fatigue life expenditure, this paper proposes the optimization models of the total losses for steam turbine units in the starting processes. The models presented are based on different objective functions according to the different floating cost coefficients for fossil fuel and key component of units All kinds of starting processes for 200MW steam turbine units are analyzed and optimized. A discussion on possible methods of improving the startup gui-deposts obtained from loss minimization analysis is also presented.
