摘要
以新鲜山药为原料,经提取纯化得到2个山药糖蛋白CYG1和CYG2,通过建立体外酶-抑制剂模型,测定山药糖蛋白对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率,并分别与拜糖平的效果作比较。结果显示,山药糖蛋白对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有明显的抑制作用,并在一定浓度范围(0~10mg/mL)存在量效关系。随着山药糖蛋白浓度的增加,其对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制作用增强。相同浓度下,山药糖蛋白CYG-1的抑制作用稍弱于山药糖蛋白CYG-2。
Using fresh Chinese yam as raw material, two glycoproteins CYG-1 and CYG-2 were extracted and puri- fied from Chinese yam (Rhizoma Dioscoreae). A enzyme-inhibitor model was set up in vitro to determine the glycopro- tein's inhibitory effects on α-glucosidase and compared with Acarbose. The results showed that the two glycoproteins gave obvious inhibitory effects on c^-glucosidase activity in vitro and there were positive correlation between CYGs con- centrations (0-10 mg/mL) and their inhibitory effects. The inhibition ability of CYG-2 was stronger than CYG-1 at same concentration.
