摘要
介绍了在EMC的电快速脉冲群(EFT/B)、浪涌(Surge)和静电放电(ESD)发生器的测试中,使用示波器的相关设置和应用,并对3项测试中示波器设置的异同进行了辨析。
In this paper,the relative setup and application of an oscilloscope for testing the electrical fast transient /burst（EFT/B）,surge and electrostatic discharge（ESD） generators in EMC are introduced.The similarities and differences of the setup of the oscilloscope in these three measurements are analyzed.
