The implementation rules on Voluntary Certification on Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products（Voluntary RoHS Certification） entered into force on 1 November,2011.The background and requirements of the rules are discussed based on the practical experiences of the authors in order that the corporations have a better understand of the enforcement regulation.
