摘要
针对某合成氨系统粗煤气中CO含量高、水碳比低的特点,进行了CO变换工艺设计与优化。为达到设定的各段变换炉出口CO体积分数的设计指标,提出了两种补水(补汽)方案,并从平衡温距、甲烷化副反应及变换炉出口CO含量方面进行了对比,最终从工艺流程及补入蒸汽量方面进行了优化,确定了一个既经济合理又能达到预期指标的工艺方案。
The shift process is an important purification unit of an ammonia production system,and how to determine the right process becomes a key issue in the design.Based on the known characteristics of the gas components and the indications of the shift process,two different scenarios were made on the water and gas make-up and comparisons were also made on their equilibrium temperature intervals,side reactions of methanation and also the CO contents at the outlet of the converter.The process and the steam make-up quantity were optimized and finally a sound process program was determined which was both economical and practical.
