Production Practice of Increasing Coal Charge Quantity for a 6 m Coke Oven

为提高6 m焦炉单孔装煤量,采取了缩短周转时间、调整配合煤细度、改变装煤操作方式以及改造推焦车平煤杆措施,使单孔装煤量由28.4 t提高到29.3 t以上。

In order to increase the coal charge quantity of a single hole of the 6 m coke oven,a lot of measures have been taken,e.g.shortening the turnaround time,adjusting the fineness of the blending coal,changing the coal charging methods and modifying the leveling bar,so that the coal charging quantity of 28.4 t is increased to more than 29.3 t.
