精索静脉曲张不育患者生殖激素和精浆生化分析 被引量:4

Biochemical analysis of the reproductive hormones and seminal plasma in infertile males with varicocele

摘要 目的观察精索静脉曲张(vc)患者的生殖激素与精浆生化的关系。方法99例患者根据阴囊彩色多普勒超声诊断分为3组:vc不育组、原发性不育组和正常生育组,分别进行计算机辅助精子分析、电化学发光法测定生殖激素和分光光度法测定精浆生化。结果vc组和原发性不育组精液质量下降,睾酮(T)含量高于正常生育组,VC组酸性磷酸酶、锌低于原发性不育组和正常生育组,VC组T和锌存在负相关。结论VC可能会影响前列腺与下丘脑.垂体.性腺轴分泌功能,而两者之间的损害程度可能相关。 Objective To explore the correlation between the reproductive hormones and seminal plasma, and varicocele in infertile males. Methods Ninety-nine males were divided into three groups according to the scrotal color Doppler imaging, i.e. Group 1 (infertile males with varicocele, Group 2 (idiopathic infertile males), Group 3 (males with reproduction ability).Computer-aided sperm analysis was performed to detect the sperm quality, electrochemiluminescence assay (ECLA) was performed to measure the gonadal hormones, spectrophotometry was performed to measure the biochemical changes of seminal plasma in each group. Results The semen parameters were decreased, testosterone levels were increased in the first two groups compared with the last group, the level of acid phosphatase and zinc was lower in Group 1 than that in Group 2 and Group 3. The level of testosterone and seminal Zn in Group A was negatively correlated. Conclusion Vericocele may affect the secretory function of the prostate and hypothalamic pituitary-gonadal axis, and they are mutually affected by lesions.
