摘要
随着办证量的增加,各级公共图书馆近年来的退证数量也呈上升趋势。介绍了读者退证的原因,提出了应对读者退证的策略。
Along with the increase of the number of library card application,the number of library card returning in public libraries at all levels shows ascendant trend in recent years.This paper introduces the reasons why reader returns library card,and puts forward some strategies for dealing with reader＇s library card returning.
