根据《环境影响评价技术导则大气环境》(HJ2.2—2008)的要求,开发了一款适应于《环境影响评价技术导则大气环境》(HJ2.2—2008)的大气环境影响评价业务工作平台。着重介绍了该平台中地面气象资料处理界面的开发及应用。

According to the requirements of Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment：Atmosphere Environment （HJ 2.2—2008）,this paper develops a working platform for atmospheric environmental impact assessment applicable to Environmental Impact Assessment：Atmosphere Environment （HJ 2.2—2008）,and emphatically introduces the development and utilization of ground meteorological data processing interface in the platform.
